Job Description:
Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation for claimant clinical negligence work.
With a team comprising APIL, AvMA and Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel accredited specialists, the firm is recognised for delivering exceptional client care while fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where lawyers are encouraged to develop and progress their careers.
Joining a growing and well-established department, you will manage your own varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, handling all aspects of litigation with confidence and autonomy.
As your experience develops, you’ll also play an active role in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a solicitor with at least three years’ post-qualification experience in claimant clinical negligence who has a proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
In return, you’ll join a progressive firm that genuinely invests in its people, offering a competitive salary, performance-related bonus and a 35-hour working week.
You’ll also benefit from 35 days’ annual leave including bank holidays and Christmas closure, with the option to purchase additional holiday, enhanced annual leave for long service, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, enhanced parental leave, company sick pay including IVF support, life assurance, a Medicash health plan covering dental and optical care, regular reward schemes, fully funded social events and clearly defined career progression opportunities through to Associate and Partner level.
This is an excellent opportunity to further your clinical negligence career within a respected and forward-thinking firm that combines high-quality work with genuine flexibility and long-term career development.
