The Role
*Handling commercial property transactions and associated finance matters from instruction to completion
*Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with professional standards
*Maintaining effective diary and caseload management
*Responding to client enquiries and providing fee quotations
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development and networking activities
*Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments
About You
*A strong understanding of commercial property practice and procedures
*Knowledge of CQS requirements
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
*The ability to analyse complex transaction documents and provide clear, practical advice
