Type: Long-term SEN Role
We are recruiting a committed SEN Teaching Assistant for a specialist provision in Islington, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning and communication needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education and making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
The Role:*Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support
*Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
*Assist with structured learning activities and interventions
*Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
*Support pupils in achieving EHCP targets
The Ideal Candidate:*Experience working with children or young people with SEN
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Calm, consistent, and adaptable approach
*Comfortable supporting personal care if required
*Passionate about child development and inclusion
