You’ll join a busy and well-established Commercial Property team advising a broad range of clients, including businesses, developers, charities, investors and landowners.
Working alongside experienced lawyers, you’ll enjoy a varied caseload while continuing to develop your technical expertise and client relationships. There is a clear pathway for progression, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.


The work
*Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
*Commercial landlord and tenant matters
*Development and strategic land transactions
*Property finance and secured lending
*Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and ancillary documentation
*Advising commercial clients across a variety of sectors
*Managing your own caseload with appropriate support where needed

What they’re looking for
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Experience managing your own caseload
*Strong technical and client relationship skills
*A proactive, commercially minded approach
*Someone looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative and ambitious team
