The role
You’ll be joining a well-established and growing Commercial Property team handling a strong pipeline of work from long-standing commercial clients, developers, charities and corporate organisations.

This is a senior appointment with visibility, autonomy and the space to build something.

The work
*Freehold and leasehold acquisitions & disposals
*Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
*Development and strategic land transactions
*Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development documentation
*Advising commercial clients across multiple sectors
*Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

What the firm is looking for
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
*6+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Confident running matters independently
*Commercially minded and solution-driven
*Someone who wants quality work, not conveyor-belt files
