Description
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets.
*Support cash flow management and financial planning.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Provide accurate financial data to assist decision-making.
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.
*Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
*Strong knowledge of management accounting practices and principles.
*Experience in preparing financial reports and budgets.
*Proficiency with financial software and Excel.
*An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*25 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
*OFFICE-BASED role - with some flexi around start times etc.
