We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and looking to build their career within a forward-thinking law firm. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will gain exposure across IT support, systems administration, vendor management, technology projects, and emerging technologies including AI. Working closely with a supportive team, in brand new offices in the City!

The Role:
*Providing 1 Line Support, assisting with laptops, mobile devices and user accounts
*Managing IT equipment, software licences, and inventories
*Liaising with IT suppliers and managed service providers
*Assisting with technology projects, and system upgrades
*Supporting the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including AI
*Creating and improving IT processes and documentation
About You:
*At least 2 years’ experience in an IT support role within professional services
*Strong organisational and communication skills - Able to build strong working relationships
*Flexible to visit other offices across the UK on a monthly basis
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
*Passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
