Are you an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Laboratory Manager, or similar, looking for a varied management role within a specialist organisation?
On offer is a key role where you will help manage projects, improve day-to-day operations, and support the wider team.
In this role, you will oversee projects from planning through to final reports, making sure deadlines, quality standards, client expectations, and resources are kept on track. You will also help improve processes, support team development, and ensure work is delivered to a high standard.
This role would suit someone from an operations, project management, laboratory, scientific, CRO, or similar background who is organised, commercially aware, and confident working with clients.
The Role
*Manage multiple projects from planning through to final reporting

*Track deadlines, resources, progress, risks, and client requirements

*Improve processes, reporting standards, quality systems, and day-to-day operations

*Train and support the wider team across project delivery and communication

The Person
*Operations Manager, Project Manager, Laboratory Manager, or similar

*Background in operations, project management, laboratory, CRO, scientific, or similar environment

*Experience managing projects, deadlines, clients, quality standards, or operational delivery

*Commutable to Bingley, West Yorkshire
