Are you a Junior CNC Operator, Junior CNC Miller, Junior CNC Setter, or similar with experience programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, looking to join an established engineering business working on high-specification components for technically demanding industries?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established precision engineering business with a structured and professional shop floor, modern CNC machinery, laser equipment, and CMM inspection capability. You will be working in a supportive environment where quality, accuracy, and right-first-time manufacturing are at the centre of day-to-day operations.

In this varied role, you will program, set, and operate CNC milling machines, read and interpret engineering drawings, create layout sheets, document tooling, set ups, and machine parameters, and manufacture components. You will also complete quality reports, support continuous improvement, and help maintain a safe and organised workplace.

This role would suit a Junior CNC Operator or CNC Miller with experience programming, setting, and operating milling machines who is looking for a full-time role within a precision engineering environment producing high-quality components.

The Role:
* Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to manufacture right-first-time components
* Full-time role, 39 hours per week, based in Abingdon

The Person:
* Junior CNC Operator, CNC Miller, CNC Setter, or similar
* Able to program, set, and operate CNC milling machines
* Commutable to Abingdon
