Description
*Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
*Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Assist with VAT returns and other tax filings.
*Provide support during internal and external audits.
*Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*A degree or qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
*Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting software.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*An understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Job Offer
*Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on the level of experience.
