Pro Finance is working with a growing and ambitious accountancy practice in Norwich to recruit an Accounts Semi-Senior / Outsourcing Semi Senior.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic office that has expanded rapidly and continues to win significant new business. You’ll work with a varied client portfolio, enjoy excellent progression prospects and gain exposure to accounts, outsourcing, VAT and personal tax work.

With continued growth and trainees joining the team, there is a genuine opportunity to develop into a senior position and take on increasing responsibility in the coming years.
The RoleYou’ll work closely with a range of owner-managed businesses, supporting the delivery of high-quality accounting and advisory services.

Responsibilities include:
*Preparing year-end statutory accounts
*Bookkeeping and management accounts
*Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
*Assisting with personal tax compliance
*Liaising directly with clients and resolving queries
*Working with cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Dext
*Supporting senior team members on advisory and compliance work
*Building strong client relationships
About YouIdeally, you’ll have:
*Previous experience within an accountancy practice
*Experience preparing year-end accounts
*Exposure to VAT and bookkeeping work
*Strong communication and client-facing skills
*Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, Dext or similar software
*ACA or ACCA studies underway, or plans to study
