Description
*Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
*Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor transactions.
*Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
*Maintain and update financial data in the system.
*Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding payments and queries.
*Prepare financial reports for internal use.
*Assist with payroll and other administrative finance tasks.
Profile
A successful Part Time Accounts Assistant should have:
*Experience in a similar role within accounting or finance.
*AAT or similar
*Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000
*Fixed-term contract with potential for further opportunities.
