Full job descriptionThis HR Business Partner role in Lewes within the public sector will focus on supporting the People Services department with their people needs. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure HR processes run smoothly and help the organisation achieve its goals.

*Provide HR advice and guidance to managers.
*Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
*Assist with employee relations matters, including case management and investigations.

*Analyse HR data to support decision-making and improve processes.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.

Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
*A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
*Knowledge the Tupe process
*Experience in providing HR support within a professional environment.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
*Competence in analysing and interpreting HR data.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Offer
*A salary of £46,000 to £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Fixed-term contract position.
