A leading digital consultancy delivering complex transformation programmes across the public and private sectors is looking for a Lead Product Manager (Data) to help shape and deliver innovative data products and platforms that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Have the Opportunity to Do: *Lead the delivery of complex data products, platforms and services.
*Define product visions, roadmaps and priorities aligned to business goals and user needs.
*Work closely with stakeholders to drive product direction and strategic decisions.
*Translate business and technical requirements into clear product backlogs and outcomes.
*Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data and analysis functions.
*Partner with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to deliver high-value solutions.
*Drive discovery, delivery and continuous improvement activities.
*Coach and support Product Managers while contributing to product best practice.
About the Candidate
The successful Lead Product Manager (Data) will have: *Strong experience delivering data products, platforms or services within complex environments.
*Experience working alongside Data Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
*A proven track record of product leadership, roadmap management and prioritisation.
*Knowledge of data architecture, data modelling and governance principles.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.
*A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
*Consultancy, public sector or highly regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
