Full job descriptionWe are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing pensions organisation looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to support the origination and execution of complex pension transactions.

This is a commercial, transaction-focused role where you will: *Lead transaction opportunities from origination through to execution
*Build and manage relationships with consultants, trustees and legal advisers
*Work closely with actuarial, legal and operational teams
*Represent the business in the market through conferences, events and industry engagement
*Support the development of a strong pipeline of future opportunities
About You *Qualified actuary, lawyer or similar pensions professional
*Strong pensions transaction experience gained within an insurer, consultancy or legal environment
*Proven ability to develop and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
*Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
*Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
