What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a Senior Consultant *Supporting and leading large-scale transformation and programme management engagements
*Solving complex business problems and translating them into clear, actionable solutions
*Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
*Managing workstreams and contributing to the successful delivery of client engagements
*Facilitating workshops and driving alignment across business and technical teams
*Supporting and contributing to RFPs and proposal development
*Producing high-quality client deliverables and documentation
*Playing a key role in driving business outcomes across engagements
About the Candidate
The right Senior Consultant should have: *5-7 years’ experience within consulting, programme management, or transformation roles
*Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
*Experience supporting or leading engagements and managing delivery workstreams
*Exposure to RFPs, proposals, or business development activities
*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges
*Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
*An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
*Experience driving tangible business outcomes in client environments
