You will work closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable exposure within a dynamic, fast-growing platform. What the job involves
*Supporting the screening, underwriting and execution of real estate-backed bridging and medium-term loans across the UK and Ireland
*Assessing lending opportunities and providing commercial recommendations to senior deal professionals
*Preparing investment papers, including opportunity analysis, due diligence findings and key risk considerations
*Reviewing transaction documentation and ensuring financial and commercial terms are accurately reflected
*Working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle
Who we are looking for *Experience of UK real estate investments / banking in the UK is essential
*Cashflow modelling skills
*Excellent sales and relationship management skills
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
