Full job description A leading international real estate investment manager is seeking an Asset Manager at Analyst or Associate level to join its London team.

An excellent opportunity for a 2–4 year real estate professional to take genuine ownership of investments across the UK and Europe, working closely with senior investment professionals and operating partners.

Key focus:

*Asset strategy & value creation
*Leasing, capex & business plans
*Financial modelling, budgets & cash flows
*Portfolio performance & valuations
*Investment Committee & senior reporting

Ideal background:
*Real estate investment, asset management, acquisitions or portfolio management experience within an institutional platform, REPE fund, REIT or investment manager.
*Strong Excel/modelling skills and exposure to value-add real estate preferred.
*Mutil asset class expereince includoing Operational Real Estate would be an advantage
