Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading RIBA chartered practices who offer a wide range of design services to high-profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their team in Newcastle.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
*Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
*Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
*Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
*Degree within Architectural Technology
*Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit
*Strong experience working from RIBA stages 4 onwards
*Experience working on projects across a broad range of sectors
*Job Running experience
*Excellent technical detailing skills
*Working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
