Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employers’ Liability Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a growing claimant personal injury team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm offering high-quality work, genuine progression and a supportive working environment.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of predominantly litigated Employers’ Liability claims, handling both pre and post-issue fast track matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will draft pleadings and witness statements, advise clients, negotiate settlements and progress claims through litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The role offers a high level of autonomy while providing the support and resources needed to continue developing your career.
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or experienced Litigation Fee Earner with a proven track record of managing litigated Employers’ Liability claims. You will have strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, experience handling fast track matters from inception through to trial or disposal, and previous exposure to the MOJ Portal.
