Key Responsibilities:*Own and deliver engineering platform capabilities that facilitate building, testing, securing, and deploying services in a highly automated, CI/CD-driven environment.
*Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring consistent, reliable, and repeatable delivery processes across multiple teams and services.
*Embed Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices to drive standardisation and scalability.
*Integrate security controls into engineering workflows, ensuring services are secure by design.
*Support and enable engineering teams by providing guidance, tooling, and best practices.

Job Requirements:*Proficiency in software application development using languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or C#.
*Experience with database technologies (e.g., Elastic, MySQL, SQL*Server).
*Understanding of CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) and source-code control (e.g., Git, GitOps).
*Knowledge of infrastructure management frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef).
*Familiarity with containerisation platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Helm).
*Experience with cloud-native platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
*Ability to integrate security controls into engineering workflows.
*Understanding of software and system validation, and test principles.
Benefits:*Opportunity to work on significant and challenging projects within the Defence & Security sector.
*Access to cutting-edge tools and infrastructure in a technology-first environment.
*Professional development and training opportunities.
*A collaborative and mission-focused work atmosphere.
If you are an experienced Software Developer looking for an opportunity to contribute to national security and work with state-of-the-art technology, we encourage you to apply now. Join our client’s dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the Defence & Security sector.
