Full job description*Job Title: E-Commerce Administrator
*Location: Hailsham
*Hours: 20 hours per week/3 days per week
*Pay: £13.45 per hour
*Contract: 12-month fixed term contract
HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for an organised and proactive E-Commerce Administrator to join a well-established client based in East Sussex. Our client is a leading supplier of cleaning products, providing high-quality solutions to businesses across a range of industries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and established team, providing essential administrative support within their E-Commerce and procurement team.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier correspondence.
*Update the website and online platforms with correct product information including dimensions, pricing and images.
*Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain relevant product information.
*Accurately input and update data across internal systems and databases.
*Organise and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and easily accessible.
*Provide general administrative support to managers and departments as required.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
