The role
As a Private Client Solicitor in Dunfermline, you’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider team.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising on wills, powers of attorney and estate planning
*Handling executry administration matters
*Assisting clients with trusts and succession planning
*Advising on incapacity and guardianship matters
*Managing client relationships from instruction through to conclusion
*Providing support and guidance to colleagues where appropriate
About you
This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:
*Has 2+ years’ PQE in private client work
*Is confident managing their own caseload independently
*Has experience handling wills, executries and powers of attorney
*Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
*Enjoys building long-term client relationships
*Has a proactive and organised approach to their work
*Holds or is interested in pursuing STEP qualifications
