Description
*Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
*Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
*Assist with month-end reporting related to payroll.
*Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
*Ensure accurate deductions such as taxes, pensions, and other contributions.
*Keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation.
*Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation.
Profile
A successful Payroll Clerk should have:
*Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
