About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to provide temporary cover for a commercial office building in Luton for a period of one week. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
*Cleaning office areas, including floors, desks, and communal spaces.
*Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
*Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities.
*Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
*Replenishing consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
*Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general cleaning duties.
*Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
Requirements
*Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
*Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
*Good understanding of health and safety and hygiene practices.
