Requirements:
*Experience working with children or young people (e.g., childcare, tutoring, sports coaching, care work).
*Confidence to manage a classroom and handle behaviour positively.
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one-we can help with this!).

Key Duties:
*Support classroom teachers by helping students understand lessons and stay focused.
*Work 1-on-1 or with small groups of pupils who need extra help with reading, maths, or classwork.
*Help manage classroom behaviour and keep a positive, calm learning environment.
*Support pupils according to their individual learning plans.
*Help prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
*Uphold strict safeguarding guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
