We are currently looking for a bundle of reliable Cover Supervisors to join our secondary schools across Warrington. Whether you are an experienced supervisor, a graduate considering a future in teaching, or a youth worker looking for flexible school-hours work, we have options that fit your schedule.
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with teenagers or young adults (e.g., teaching assistant, sports coach, youth worker, tutor).
*Confidence to manage a classroom and handle behaviour positively.
*An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one-we can help with this!).

Key Duties:
*Lead pre-planned lessons across various subjects, ensuring students stay on task and complete their work.
*Maintain good classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere using school behaviour policies.
*Collect completed classwork and leave helpful handover notes for the returning class teacher.
*Assist pupils with any questions or difficulties they have during their independent tasks.
*Take electronic attendance registers at the beginning of each session.
*Uphold strict safeguarding guidelines to keep all students safe throughout the school day.
