Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
HRGO Recruitment is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and grow their own desk. This is a highly sales focused role suited to someone who thrives on business development, targets and relationship building. We also welcome applications from individuals with transferable skills, particularly those with a strong sales or business development background who are looking to move into recruitment.
The role:
*Full 360 recruitment responsibility: Client acquisition, candidate sourcing, placements and account management
*Proactively win new business and develop long term client relationships
*Build and grow a profitable desk across temporary and/or permanent recruitment
*Meet and exceed gross profit and revenue targets
*Negotiate fees and manage margins to maximise performance
About you:
*Experience in recruitment (360) or a strong sales/business development background
*Confident, target driven, and commercially minded
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Organised, proactive, and motivated to build something of your own
