Full job description**KS1 Primary Teacher**

Aspire People are recruiting a committed and enthusiastic **Key Stage 1 Teacher** to join one of our partner primary schools.

The school is looking for a teacher who can inspire young learners, deliver engaging lessons, and help pupils build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development.

**The Role:**
* Full classroom teaching responsibilities within KS1
* Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons
* Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
* Delivering a broad and balanced curriculum
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

**The Successful Candidate Will:**
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have recent UK primary teaching experience
* Have excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
* Be an effective classroom practitioner
* Build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
* Be passionate about raising attainment and pupil confidence
