Full job description Responsibilities


*Support the execution of M&A and financing mandates across the infrastructure and energy landscape.
*Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
*Conduct industry, company and market research to support client engagements.
*Prepare client presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials.
*Work closely with senior bankers and clients on live transactions from inception through to completion.


Candidate Profile

*Must have: 2-3 years’ of fulltime experience within M&A post internship.
*Must have: Experience at a leading investment bank or boutique - working on live M&A mandates.
*Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
*Ideally has exposure to Infrastructure, Energy or related industries.
*Outstanding analytical, communication and presentation skills.
*Demonstrated interest in international markets and cross-border transactions.
