Full job descriptionReed Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our valued client based in Kings Hill. This Customer Service Advisor opportunity is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, confident in handling a variety of enquiries, and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
As the appointed Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
About the Role• Managing inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently
• Processing customer requests and updating internal systems
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
• Supporting wider teams with administrative and operational tasks
• Meeting service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets
• Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
About You• Previous experience within a Customer Service, Contact Centre or Administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A calm and professional approach when dealing with customer enquiries
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Positive, adaptable and customer-focused mindset

Salary£25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
