Reed Business Support are looking for a proactive Procurement Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and supply chain operations.

Day-to-Day of the role:
*Raising and processing purchase orders.
*Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
*Maintaining accurate procurement records and supplier information.
*Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management.
*Tracking orders and resolving delivery issues.
*Supporting contract administration and supplier performance reviews.
*Assisting with cost-saving initiatives and procurement projects.
*Producing procurement reports and analysing purchasing data.
*Working closely with internal departments to support operational requirements.


What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar coordination role.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
*Experience using procurement, ERP, or inventory management systems would be advantageous.
