Full job descriptionI’m working with a leading, technology-driven conveyancing firm that offers one of the most attractive bonus structures in the market. High-performing conveyancers are earning exceptional bonuses, with top performers receiving in excess of £20,000 on top of their basic salary.
As the firm continues to expand its fully remote property team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a forward-thinking business that genuinely rewards performance, invests in its people, and offers outstanding flexibility. Combining innovative technology with a client-first approach, the firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential conveyancing services, supported by an established national infrastructure.
Following a comprehensive learning and development programme, you will manage your own mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, and shared ownership properties.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers.
