This Northampton-based Litigation team is looking to appoint an ambitious Solicitor or CILEX professional who enjoys the challenge of resolving high-stakes inheritance and estate disputes while providing clear, practical advice to clients during what is often a difficult and emotional time.
Joining an established and supportive team, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload, handling matters from initial investigation through to resolution. Your work will involve advising clients, drafting pleadings and court documentation, conducting legal research, liaising with third parties, attending court and helping to progress more complex claims alongside experienced colleagues.
This role would suit someone who thrives on responsibility, has a solid understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and SRA requirements and is looking to play a key role within a growing disputes practice. Experience of contentious probate matters would be highly advantageous, although strong litigators from related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
