Responsibilities include:
*Producing detailed suitability reports and recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
*Providing technical support and guidance to Financial Advisers
*Analysing client information and conducting in-depth research
*Assisting with complex cases and bespoke financial planning solutions
*Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards
*Supporting and mentoring junior paraplanners where required
*Liaising with advisers, administrators, and providers to ensure smooth case progression
Skills and experience required:
*Proven experience in a senior paraplanning role
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning
*Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) essential (or close to completion)
*Excellent report writing and analytical skills
*High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
*Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively
*Experience using financial planning software and back-office systems
