Job Description:
Full job descriptionMy client is seeking a commercially focused Digital Marketing Executive to help drive e-commerce growth through integrated digital marketing strategies. This role involves managing online platforms, developing engaging content, analysing performance data, and delivering campaigns across multiple digital channels to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Develop and execute annual digital marketing plans that include website management, social media, email marketing, PPC, and digital advertising.
*Monitor and analyse website, campaign, and customer data to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
*Manage all aspects of website administration using Shopify CMS, including product management, content updates, customer journeys, promotional activity, and third-party app integrations.
*Create and implement digital campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and customer retention.
*Oversee social media channels, developing content strategies, coordinating content creation, managing publishing schedules, and reviewing campaign performance.
*Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, automated customer journeys, and subscriber management.
*Create, monitor, and optimise PPC advertising campaigns across retail media and digital advertising platforms.
*Work closely with external agencies to manage paid search campaigns, analyse results, and implement continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
*Strong understanding of e-commerce growth strategies and digital marketing tools.
*Proficient in managing online platforms and developing digital content.
*Experience with Shopify CMS, PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
*Ability to analyse performance data and make informed decisions.
*Excellent communication and project management skills.
*Creative thinker with a strong customer focus.
