From prestigious corporate functions and VIP experiences to internal events, seasonal celebrations and visitor-facing activations, you will oversee every aspect of event delivery, ensuring seamless execution and unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver corporate, internal and visitor events from concept to completion.
*Manage event operations, logistics, budgets and timelines.
*Coordinate suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
*Lead event-day operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
*Develop risk assessments, operational plans and contingency measures.
*Maintain compliance with health & safety and venue regulations.
About You
*Proven experience managing a variety of events within hospitality, luxury, venue or visitor attraction environments.
*Strong operational and logistical planning skills.
*Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding experiences.
