? What You’ll Be Doing
As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire a love of learning
*Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
*Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners
*Use assessment effectively to drive pupil progress and attainment
*Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community
*Play an active role in the ongoing development of the academy
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
*A passion for delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching
*Experience using differentiation and assessment effectively
*The ability to use data to identify improvements and boost outcomes
