*Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community
*Play an active role in the ongoing development of the academy

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
*A passion for delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching
*Experience using differentiation and assessment effectively
*The ability to use data to identify improvements and boost outcomes
*A commitment to continuous professional development
