Location: Rochester (Must be a car driver due to location)
Contract Type: Full time- Monday to Friday - 08.30am to 04.30pm
Start Date: Immediately

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide support for our students in our SEN setting. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in a child’s educational journey and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with specific learning and developmental needs
*Assist with daily routines
*Support social, emotional, and academic development
*Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual learning plans
*Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for learning
Ideal Candidate:
*Experience working with young children, preferably in an SEN or school setting
*Understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies
*Patient, empathetic, and adaptable with excellent communication skills
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare, or equivalent) desirable
