SALARY: £50K - £75K

THE ROLE: A specialist claims management organisation is seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join its Professional Indemnity team, handling complex claims on behalf of SRA and FCA regulated professionals.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity matters, working closely with policyholders, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve high-quality claims outcomes. Key Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims from inception to resolution
*Act for SRA and FCA regulated professionals
*Advise on insurance law, contract law, and litigation strategy
*Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties
*Maintain accurate case records using relevant systems
*Deliver effective, timely, and commercially focused outcomes
ABOUT YOU:
*Qualified Solicitor with professional indemnity experience
*Strong understanding of insurance and litigation processes
*Excellent analytical and case management skills
*Confident communicator and negotiator
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*High attention to detail and strong professional standards
