*Analyse and evaluate current payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.
*Develop and implement strategies to streamline payroll operations.
*Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and organisational policies.
*Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to resolve payroll discrepancies.
*Provide training and guidance to staff on updated payroll procedures.
*Monitor payroll systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
*Prepare detailed reports on payroll performance and improvements.
*Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries and issues.
Profile
A successful Payroll Operations Improvement Manager should have:
*Experience in payroll management or operations within the accounting and finance field.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
*Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Job Offer
*Hourly pay between £20ph and £25.00ph, dependent on the level of experience.
