The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Practice Administrator to join their established Financial Planning practice in Harrogate.
This position is ideally suited to an organised and professional individual who enjoys administration, client interaction and supporting a busy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a high standard of service whilst maintaining accurate records and managing a variety of administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within administration and client support in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing and maintaining client files and records.
*Managing and updating internal administration systems.
*Coordinating client meetings and reviews for advisers.
*Preparing business documentation and client correspondence.
*Supporting advisers with information gathering and administrative tasks.
*Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and third parties.
*Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally.
*Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
About You
*Previous administration experience would be advantageous.
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
*Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Professional, friendly and confident when communicating with clients.
*Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
*Positive, reliable and willing to learn.
*Enjoys working in an administrative support capacity.
*Looking to develop a long-term career within administration rather than moving into an advisory role.
