Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Bodyshop Estimator.
Tewo Shifts Available
Both Monday-Friday | 40 Hours
*Day Shift = £14.02 per hour (£29,161) + Circa 10% Bonus = £32,077
*or Late Shift pay is higher : £15.42ph (£32,164) + Circa 10% Bonus = £35,380!

The Role:
*Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
*Produce detailed, computerised and manual estimates
*Ensure repair timescales and costs are clearly defined
*Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient and correct repair processes
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
What we’re looking for:
*Experience as a VDA / Estimator / Vehicle Appraiser
*Strong understanding of modern repair methods
*Attention to detail and confidence in estimating systems
*Team player with good communication skills
