We are currently recruiting assertive, motivated Cover Supervisors to partner with thriving secondary schools throughout Bebington (CH62 and CH63) and nearby Wirral communities.

Requirements:
*Previous experience working with secondary youth (e.g., tutoring, coaching, youth work, or TA roles).
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teenagers.
*Confidence with classroom management and handling low-level disruption assertively.
*Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
Key Duties:
*Supervise high school classes (KS3 & KS4) during short-term teacher absences.
*Deliver pre-set work and learning instructions provided by the department.
*Maintain strong classroom control using the school’s positive behaviour policies.
*Keep students focused and on-task throughout each lesson period.
*Collect completed work and report back to the subject department head.
