Full job descriptionReed Finance are delighted to be partnering with a leading further education organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner.


This is a key leadership role within the finance function, responsible for providing strategic financial support to senior stakeholders while leading a high-performing finance business partnering service.


Key Responsibilities
*Provide strategic financial advice and business partnering support to senior leaders.
*Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.
*Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Deliver insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.
*Support business cases, investment appraisals, and strategic projects.
*Identify financial risks and opportunities to support decision-making.
*Present financial information to senior management and governance forums.
*Promote strong financial governance, controls, and compliance.
*Contribute to the wider finance strategy and continuous improvement agenda.


About You
*Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Significant experience in finance business partnering, management reporting or strategic finance.
*Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
*Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing finance professionals.
*Excellent financial planning, forecasting, and modelling skills.
*Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
