We are seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join a lovely and supportive SEMH school near Tonbridge area, helping students reach their full potential in a positive and nurturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including SEMH, ADHD, and Autism.
The Role:
*Full-time position, Monday to Friday
*September start
*Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Working closely with pupils who have SEN needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and Autism
*Assisting with both academic learning and emotional development
*Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
*Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual student needs
What’s on Offer:
*£15.38 per hour
*7-hour working day

*Opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks for successful candidates
Requirements:
*Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
*Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is desirable
*Experience working with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, or challenging behaviour is advantageous
*Patient, resilient, and positive attitude
*Drivers are highly desirable due to the school’s location
