We’re looking for an International Assignment Consultant to become the trusted guide for employees and their families relocating across the EMEA region. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in one of the most significant transitions in a person’s life, ensuring every relocation is smooth, positive, and stress-free.
The Opportunity
As an International Assignment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of international relocation cases, acting as the dedicated point of contact from assignment commencement through to completion.
You’ll work closely with relocating employees, global clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate relocation services, manage timelines, resolve challenges, and deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of international relocation assignments across the EMEA region
Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the employee relocation journey
Coordinating relocation services in line with client policies and service agreements
Building strong relationships with assignees, clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Managing expectations and providing regular progress updates
Monitoring timelines, milestones, and key deadlines
Resolving queries and challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Managing multiple assignments simultaneously while delivering exceptional service
Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless relocations
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience in:
*Customer Service
*Client Services
*Account Management
*Project Coordination
*Case Management
*Administrative or Operations Coordination
*Global Mobility or Relocation Services (desirable but not essential)
You’ll also bring:
