This Fluent French Speaking Customer Service opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Fluent French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers across French-speaking markets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role*Providing outstanding customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
*Handling customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and product information requests
*Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments
*Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
*Resolving issues efficiently whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*Supporting wider teams with administration, reporting, and customer account management
*Building strong customer relationships and promoting a positive brand experience
About You*Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Previous experience within a customer service, contact centre, account management, or administrative support role
*Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
