Signature Recruitment is partnering with a well-established pensions operator seeking an experienced SSAS Manager for an interim contract opportunity. We are recruiting for a senior professional to support a specialist SSAS function during an important transitional period. This SSAS Manager role offers the opportunity to oversee complex pension administration activities while supporting a highly experienced team.


Key Responsibilities
*Manage all aspects of SSAS administration including new business, transfers, retirements, deaths, loans and investments
*Submit HMRC annual scheme returns, event reports and tax claims
*Support and guide the SSAS Administration Team
*•Manage communications with clients, solicitors, accountants and intermediaries
*Oversee scheme payments and compliance requirements
*Monitor workloads, identify process improvements and support operational efficiency


What We’re Looking For
*Comprehensive knowledge of SSAS schemes from onboarding through transfer out
*Strong leadership and technical pensions administration capability
*Excellent attention to detail, numeracy and communication skills


Location & Working Hours
Based in Central Bristol. Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available with up to 2 days from home following the training period.
