Full job descriptionAbout the Role
Signature Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a specialist pensions organisation in their search for a Senior Pension Administrator. Working within an experienced SSAS team, this position offers the opportunity to oversee complex pension schemes, provide trustee support and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the primary point of contact for member-trustees.
*Manage complex SSAS cases including retirements, death benefits, loan-backs and transfers.
*Complete and submit Pension Scheme Returns, Event Reports, AFT returns and SA970 claims.
*Liaise with clients, solicitors, accountants and intermediaries.
*Oversee commercial property and connected-party transactions.

What We’re Looking For
*2-3 years+ SSAS administration experience or equivalent trustee/governance experience.
*Strong HMRC reporting knowledge.
*Excellent stakeholder management and organisation skills.
